As a Strategic Operational Support Analyst, you will be a high-profile representative of our Operations Team who develops a deep understanding of all our operational roles and processes, as well as product capabilities. You'll apply that knowledge to a variety of tasks with an overall goal of continuous improvement in client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
+ Generating, testing, and communicating output from assigned audits using various data sources, including internal database accessed via SQL, front-end reports available accessed via web application, and 3rd party data received from clients via Excel spreadsheets
+ Identifying operational opportunities for process improvements using Selenium and then collaborating with operational teams to implement the Selenium-based process improvements
+ Assisting in the research, documentation, quantification, communication, and clean-up efforts of system defects, configuration issues, and other anomalies that result in inaccurate system data.
+ Complete SQL queries on internal database based on management requests
+ Maintain internal software applications to ensure success of continued business operations
+ Executing and auditing results of existing Selenium scripts to complete routine tasks
+ Ability to complete Willis Towers Watson Software Developer training program.
