Your role Are you skilled in business analysis that enables change and enhancements? Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, products and service? We're looking for a Business Analyst for: GLOBAL M&A Management and coordination of Global M&A League Table credit filings (all M&A deals, all regions) o including monthly Dealogic M&A fee reconciliation across regions o coordination of responses to challenges Quarterly updating of Global M&A Credentials Global M&A Awards submissions Management and maintenance of M&A web / M&A library posted materials and templates o including ownership of certain presentations for regular updating, e.g., M&A Environment materials, M&A Tombstone books, etc. Management of Global M&A reporting o including global advisory (M&A and Non-M&A) forecasts and plans o including global Missed Deals AMERICAS M&A Management and maintenance of all M&A opportunities and pipeline in Banker Portal, for all stages of deal lifecycle (pitching through completion) o includes proactive chasing of deal teams for latest updates and collaborating with the Conflict Clearance Unit (CCU) o weekly review and updating of new deal opportunities and status changes to ensure appropriate weighting in pipeline o chasing of invoicing team and deal teams to ensure timely booking of fees to PnL Manage Global M&A Marketing Priorities, cross-regional and intra-regional Assist with Monthly revenue sign-off, quarterly SOX sign-off and support of CCAR and DFAST M&A models Ad hoc analyses and presentations for M&A Heads and M&A team Schedule and manage cross-border M&A Americas marketing tours Create and roll-out BP Sell-side database Partner with CCU team on business selection and conflict clearance topics to help optimize the platform's competitive positioning and revenues o client selection discussions and analysis o fee potential analysis o manage information flow thru deal lifecycle (i.e. process updates) Your team You'll be working with the Mergers & Acquisitions team in our Corporate Client Solutions business in New York. Your expertise ideally one year of experience in a similar role within the financial sector excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline.
