You will be responsible for a significant increase in glue's revenue.. a day in the life - what does the director of growth do?. * Leverages industry expertise & market trends to match glue's services / core competencies to the needs of current & potential event partners. * Drives strategy for identifying, assessing, and tracking opportunities that have potential to generate sales & client growth. * Provides thought leadership within account management, around developing process for onboarding new accounts, handing them off to project managers, staying abreast of contract developments, and ensuring client satisfaction is consistently met. * Works with glue's Marketing Director to create / source captivating materials such as gifts, swag, presentations, etc. to support marketing objectives & generate brand awareness. * Participates in the development & fine tuning of glue capabilities decks, RFP formats / detailing, standard responses, and plan for establishing internal support. * Collaborates with senior leadership to implement process, establish goals, meet targets, and outline annual work plans. qualifications - who will knock this role out of the park?. * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in sales / business development / client relations. * Broad understanding of live entertainment, event production, and experiential marketing. * Self-starter motivated by results & driven by achieving targets that accelerate business growth. * Exceptional skills in contract negotiation, communication, organization, and project management. * A proactive leader who values collaboration & thrives in a fast-paced environment, with ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously. * Strategic thinker with \"big picture\" perspective & detail-oriented execution style.
