Directly responsible for logistics of scheduling WIN 10 deployment of equipment. This would include information gathering, scheduling, and data entry. Would coordinate scheduling with field techs. Person would also help with dashworks work and ad-hoc physical installs whenever needed. Requires sill set to troubleshoot and prioritize problems in Win 10 and Office 365. Strong organizational abilities and capable of managing multiple priories while maintaining a professional customer service attitude. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal support organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player and able to work closely with clients and peers at all levels of technical expertise and at all levels within the organization. Ability to work autonomously, in a flexible environment and have a good attitude. Complete other related duties as assigned. Work Hours Full-time 1st shift M-F position. Possible flexible shift including start time of 7am, 8am, 9am. Evening responsibilities a possibility but not likely. Understand and adhere to the Companyrsquos risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Companyrsquos Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the MT Bank brand. Maintain MT internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Associates degree in technology field or related. 2 years-experience ndash experience includes related education and work experience. Technology Call Center experience preferred. Ability to read and digest technical information. Attention to Detail. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Ability to provide updates and status. Ability to communicate technical problems to management. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities under time constraints. S elf-motivated, results-driven and well-organized individual.
