Directly responsible for logistics of scheduling WIN 10 deployment of equipment. This would include information gathering, scheduling, and data entry. Would coordinate scheduling with field techs. Person would also help with dashworks work and ad-hoc physical installs whenever needed. Requires sill set to troubleshoot and prioritize problems in Win 10 and Office 365. Escalate issues to senior staff. Win 10 Win 7 PC setupinstallation experience, especially with Virtual PCs. Must be able to follow MT guidelines to set up other software systems on WIN 10 or WIN 7 computers, laptops, tablets, and Virtual PCs such as Office 365, CISCO Jabber, etc. Experience in PCLAN products including industry standard application suites, Windows 7, Windows 10, Outlook, Microsoft Office. Experience with thin clients, Virtual PCs and PCs. Problem solving of technical incidents based on training. Analyze and isolate issues. Basic understanding of diagnostic tools. Strong organizational abilities and capable of managing multiple priories while maintaining a professional customer service attitude. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal support organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player and able to work closely with clients and peers at all levels of technical expertise and at all levels within the organization. Ability to work autonomously, in a flexible environment and have a good attitude. Complete other related duties as assigned. Work Hours Full-time 1st shift M-F position. Possible flexible shift including start time of 7am, 8am, 9am. Evening responsibilities a possibility but not likely. Complete other related duties as assigned. Associates degree in technology field or related. 2 years-experience ndash experience includes related education and work experience. Technology Call Center experience preferred. Ability to read and digest technical information. Attention to Detail. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
