The person in this hands-on position will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of a department of employees within the repair operation. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supports and assists the Repair Manager.
  • Oversee the operations and processes of testing, repairing, and refurbishing cable boxes.
  • Supervise production, quality performance, safety, and turnaround time.
  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Train and support employees in procedures and expectations.
  • Counsel employees on performance deficiencies when necessary.
  • Order parts and equipment.
  • Maintain a well-organized operation.
  • Required Skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and counsel employees.

    Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal comminications.

    Proactive problem solving ability.

    Strong organizational and follow up skills

    Excellent analytical, written verbal communication skills

    Strong PC skills

    Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Systems

    Required Experience

    Technical certification in electronics
