Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have:
Identifying and resolving complaints - this is your chance to be a creative problem solver.
Use computer systems to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Organization is key.
Helping to complete order fulfillment in a high-volume order-taking environment.
These are the qualities we're looking for in a customer service rep:

GED or High School Diploma is preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or related field.
